FWFSA CERTIFICATE OF MERIT
This classification recognizes individuals who have
given outstanding service for at least one major function.
Restaurants, home and other functions which merit particular
recognition are also eligible for this award. The award may be made
to individuals, restaurants or commercial establishments.
