Guests not permitted last Tuesday of each month: Dinner, various dates

The WFS of NSW was formed in 1939 and has led in developing and fostering sophisticated culinary and wine tastes and has encouraged many generations of Australians to awaken to the pleasures of the table. Members still meet weekly for luncheons continuing the tradition begun in "Johnnie Walkers Rhine Castle cellars in the 1930's". Comment and criticism of the wine and food following the lunch remains an essential element of the gatherings.
